Nexrou shows whether each bus arrived on time, how many workers each route carried, and how much was paid for each service. Your team follows the bus from their phone and checks in with QR, barcode, or NFC.
The problem
The bus contract is a large fixed cost, and it's almost always renewed without usage or punctuality data.
How many people use each route?
Some buses run full and others nearly empty, and nobody has the number.
I was late because of the bus
Delays are argued over with the transport company, with no evidence of the arrival time.
Has the bus left yet?
The worker waits at the stop without knowing where the bus is.
The contract needs renewing
Frequencies and bus sizes are negotiated without occupancy or compliance data.
How it works
Schedule, stops, shift, operating days, and direction (to or from the company). Administrative and shift services can go in separate divisions.
GPS integrated with GPSmobile or with the transport company's own tracking. Every stop shows the scheduled time and the actual time.
With QR, barcode, or NFC, on the bus validator or with the QR in their app. It records which bus, at what time, and at what point on the route.
The app shows the routes, the bus in real time, and the stops, and sends change notices as push notifications on the phone.
Passengers by route and by vehicle, punctuality, services run, and commercial KM, exportable to PDF and Excel.
For the company
Usage and compliance data to adjust routes, talk to the transport company, and renew the contract with numbers.
