Education · Schools, SLEP, and universities
Nexrou shows which bus ran, when, and who boarded, live and for every route. Students check in with QR, barcode, or NFC, and families follow the bus from their phone.
The problem
Whoever contracts the transport pays for routes they can't verify, and whoever operates it has no way to prove it was done.
Did the bus already go by?
The family calls the school, the school calls the driver. No one knows where the bus is.
How many students boarded today?
Attendance is written on paper, if at all. When a student is missing, there's no record to check.
Were all the routes run this month?
The SLEP or university pays based on what the transport company reports, with no evidence for each service.
There was a schedule change
The notice arrives late, or doesn't reach every family and every student.
How it works
Schedules, stops, direction (to or from the school), operating days, and validity per the contract. Includes a holiday calendar.
GPS integrated with GPSmobile in Chile, or with whatever tracking platform the transport company already uses. Every route shows as in progress, not started, finished, cancelled, or not run.
With QR, barcode, or NFC, recording where and when it happened. If someone checks in outside an active route, the system flags it and saves the GPS location.
The app shows the bus in real time, the stops, and the school's announcements, with push notifications.
Services run by company and by driver, punctuality, and commercial kilometers, exportable to PDF and Excel.
Schools and SLEP
When a third party provides school transport, the SLEP needs to know that every route was actually run and who rode it. Nexrou provides that evidence without depending on the transport company's own report.
Universities
Routes between campuses, stations, and sites fill up some days and run empty on others. Nexrou shows how many students use each route so decisions can be made with data.
Yes. The transport company operates the platform, and the school, SLEP, or university accesses the same information to oversee the service.
They can use the QR code on their ID card or one generated in the app, a barcode, or an NFC card.
Not necessarily. Nexrou integrates with GPSmobile in Chile, or with whatever tracking platform the transport company already uses.
Yes, they're published on Google Play and the App Store, and can carry the institution's own name and logo.
The system flags the check-in with no active route and saves the GPS location where it happened.
The school sends an announcement from the platform, which arrives as a push notification on families' and students' phones.
