Mining · Staff transport to the mine site
Every worker checks in when boarding (and when getting off, if the operation requires it), and the record is placed on the bus's actual route. The mining company sees the services of all its transport companies live; the transport company closes the month with proof.
The problem
With several transport companies, rotating shifts, and long roads, transport information arrives late and in different spreadsheets.
Who is on the bus?
In an emergency on the road, the passenger list is on paper or doesn't exist.
Did the shift change arrive on time?
A late bus stops the operation and no one knows where it is.
Every transport company reports differently
Their own spreadsheets, emails, and formats: consolidating the month takes days.
Are we paying for empty buses?
Without a count per service, there's no way to tell which routes are surplus and which are missing.
How it works
Each route has a schedule, stops, shift, and operating days. Services are separated by division, for example Administrative and Shifts, and by direction: to or from the mine site.
With a card, ID card, QR, or barcode on the bus validator, or with the QR in their app. Boarding, or boarding and getting off, is recorded as the company defines.
The check-in is placed on the bus's actual route, with the passenger's name, RUN (Chilean national ID number), and time. If someone checks in with no active route, the system flags it and saves the GPS location.
GPS integrated with GPSmobile or with the transport company's own tracking. Every route shows as in progress, not started, finished, cancelled, or not run, and every stop shows scheduled time and actual time.
Passengers by route and by vehicle, punctuality, services run by company, and commercial KM, exportable to PDF and Excel.
Mining company or contractor
A single view of all transport companies and all shifts, with proof of every service and of every worker on board.
Transport company
Meet what the mining company asks for without building reports by hand, and close the month with services, KM, and payments calculated.
Why Nexrou
Nexrou is built by CM Telecomunicaciones, the company behind GPSmobile. Tracking, on-board validation, and reports work together from day one.
The mining company oversees and the transport company operates on the same platform: a single version of every service.
It doesn't just show where the bus is: it calculates services run, commercial KM, and driver payments.
Yes. Each bus company registers on the platform and the mining company sees all services in a single view.
They can use the company's QR code, the one on their ID card, or one generated in the app, a barcode, or an NFC card.
Yes. Each company defines whether it records boarding only, or boarding and getting off.
Not necessarily. Nexrou integrates with GPSmobile or with the tracking platform the transport company already uses.
Yes. Routes are organized by division, for example Shifts and Administrative, and by direction to or from the mine site.
The record isn't lost: it's kept as a passenger with no route, with the GPS location where it happened.
